1. Scope
These Terms govern purchases on ArtPostery at www.artpostery.com for worldwide customers except shipments to Russia and North Korea.
2. Products & Images
We sell physical posters/frames only. Colors may differ due to screen settings. Sizes/tolerances: ±5 mm.
3. Prices & Taxes
Prices shown in US Dollars and Euro. For orders shipped to EU member states, applicable VAT is collected by ArtPostery under the EU OSS scheme and included in the checkout total. For orders shipped to the United States, customs duties are covered by ArtPostery and included at checkout. For other destinations, import duties and taxes may apply according to local regulations.
4. Orders, Contract & Updates
Contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation. We may reject/cancel orders (stock errors, fraud suspicion, pricing mistakes).
5. Payments
Accepted methods: Stripe/credit card, PayPal. Payment is captured at checkout.
6. Shipping
We ship worldwide (except Russia, North Korea). Carriers: PostOne,Bulgarian Post. Handling time: 3 days. Estimated delivery: 7 – 15 by zone.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
EU consumers may withdraw within 14 days after delivery. Exclusions: custom-made/personalized goods if production has begun.
8. Returns & Refunds
Return within 14 days in original condition. Return address: BULGARIA, Gorna Oryahovitsca Bozhur 12 . Refund to original payment method within 3 days after inspection.
9. Damages & Lost Parcels
Report transport damage within 48 hours with photos. Lost parcels investigated with the carrier; replacement or refund per outcome.
10. Warranty
Statutory conformity rights apply. Posters are decorative and not for outdoor use unless stated.
11. Liability
No liability for indirect/incidentals. Maximum liability limited to order value.
