Right of Withdrawal

This page explains the right of withdrawal for customers purchasing products from ArtPostery.com, operated by PARADOX PROJECT LTD.
1. Right to Withdraw
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.
2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase by a clear statement, for example by email or letter.

3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the returned product, including the cost of standard delivery where required by applicable law.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
4. Returning the Goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the purchase to us.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
5. Condition of Returned Products
Returned products must be sent back in a condition that allows us to inspect and resell them, where applicable. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Please return products securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products, including:
- custom-made or personalized products;
- products made according to the customer’s individual specifications;
- custom sizes, custom images, custom text, custom design requests or special print orders;
- products that cannot be returned due to their nature, if applicable under law.
If a product is custom-made or personalized, this will be stated on the product page, during the order process or in the product description where applicable.
7. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
This right of withdrawal policy does not affect your legal rights if a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@artpostery.com and include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
