Where We Ship From

We ship from Gorna Oryahovitsa, Bulgaria. We deliver to Bulgaria, the EU, UK, USA/Canada, and the rest of the world (see “Restrictions”).

Order Processing

Standard processing/production: up to 3 business days. Orders placed after the end of the business day are counted as the next business day.

Shipping Methods

  • Bulgaria: Post One, Bulgarian Posts, Econt (to address or office).
  • International: Post One, Bulgarian Posts; upon request — FedEx.

All parcels come with tracking. The tracking number appears in the customer account and/or is emailed once shipped.

Packaging

Posters are shipped in rigid tubes or sturdy boxes with appropriate protection. We use eco/recyclable materials when possible.

Cash on Delivery & Local Pickup (Bulgaria)

  • Cash on Delivery: yes (via Econt).
  • Local Pickup: yes, at courier office.

Duties & Taxes

  • USA: Duties are included at checkout and are covered by us.
  • Europe & UK: VAT is included at checkout and is covered by us.

Restrictions

We do not ship to: Russia and North Korea.
P.O. Box: allowed (if supported by the local carrier).

Address Changes

Not possible after the order is finalized. If there is an error, contact us immediately.

Unclaimed / Returned Parcels

Reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments

  • If damaged or missing items: send us photos of the product and packaging; we reship at our expense.
  • Lost shipment is recognized after:
    • Europe: 20 days from shipping
    • USA & Rest of World: 40 days from shipping
  • If lost again, we issue a full refund.

Tracking

Track your parcel using the tracking number in My Orders (login required) and/or in the shipping confirmation email.
