We ship from Gorna Oryahovitsa, Bulgaria. We deliver to Bulgaria, the EU, UK, USA/Canada, and the rest of the world (see “Restrictions”).
Order Processing
Standard processing/production: up to 3 business days. Orders placed after the end of the business day are counted as the next business day.
Shipping Methods
Bulgaria: Post One, Bulgarian Posts, Econt (to address or office).
International: Post One, Bulgarian Posts; upon request — FedEx.
All parcels come with tracking. The tracking number appears in the customer account and/or is emailed once shipped.

Address Changes
Not possible after the order is finalized. If there is an error, contact us immediately.
Unclaimed / Returned Parcels
Reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments
If damaged or missing items: send us photos of the product and packaging; we reship at our expense.
Lost shipment is recognized after:

USA & Rest of World: 40 days from shipping
If lost again, we issue a full refund.
