Refund and Returns Policy
Refunds.
1.1 In cases where, through our fault, a product has been delivered incorrectly or is defective, the costs of returning the defective or incorrectly delivered product will be borne by the store. Alternatively, the amount will be refunded.
1.2 For the product return process, the customer must provide proof of purchase and give a clear explanation of the defect or delivery error. Photographs are accepted as evidence.
1.3 In cases where it is impossible to fulfill your order within 7 days, not including shipping time.
1.4 In cases where the customer wishes to cancel the order before the printing and delivery process has begun.
1.5 In cases where the customer is not satisfied with the design sent to their email address.
Complaints are accepted up to 3 days after the order has been delivered to the customer. The data from the courier services is accepted as the start of the period.
When we do not refund amounts for your order.
2.1 In cases of an incorrect address provided by the customer, the goods are delivered to another address – all costs are borne by the customer. In such cases, the store does not refund any amounts paid.
2.2 If the product is delivered damaged by the courier company – the replacement is at the expense of the store, as well as the transport costs.
2.3 All products are printed after your order. If the order is delivered and does not meet any of the above sub-points, we do not refund amounts for your orders.
All orders are delivered with a tracking number and delivery notice.
Returns
As proof that the shipment is damaged or defective, please send photos and your order number to: office@artpostery.com.com
